This year the “World Road Congress 2015” took place in Seoul, South Korea, from 2 to 6 November. The German Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure enjoyed a very successful appearance with its 100 m² stand at the exhibition accompanying the congress.

Event Consult took charge of setup and process on site

At the congress in Seoul, Event Consult was responsible for the graphic design and stand concept and for all organisational measures. In the run-up to but particularly during the congress, our experts were extensively involved in the planning for technical implementation.

In addition, we also provided a hostess from our team to help run the stand.
