Processes like professionally managed attendee registration are crucial to the success of congresses and meetings. It includes the event programme, registration form, hotel recommendations and travel directions. Following the event the presentations are incorporated into the website so that the event is documented.

In addition, these websites can be used in future as a template for other events and past events can be viewed again and again. This means that the work already done and valuable information from the event are not wasted.
